      ... local supermarket and the fruit and vege shop. you have to put on a plastic glove to choose your fruit and veges and their choices are very basic, not spoilt like we are! Larry was very interested in choosing some vino and beers that seem to be in plentiful supply. I think I could have stayed in Canneto a little longer... It is gorgeous. ...

      ... street, the signs gave out. Dead reckoning and swearing eventually led us back on track more than a few times. Not sure if it is easier to steer or to navigate but we were both a bit frazzled by the time we got to Cefalu and found a park.       ... find the 3rd century Greek theater, located slightly above the city. We paid our 8 Euro entry fee and climbed to the last row of the theater. The view of the sea was stunning.       Got up super early to drive from Rome to the port in Naples (a mafia controlled city) to catch our ferry to the wonderful island of Capri. A group of a few Australians, a handful of Americans and us managed to hire a small boat and captain it ourselves. It was cool. Cruising around the whole island at our own pace, taking a much needed refreshing dip in the 'green grotto' and checking out the massive houses on top of the huge cliffs around the island.
