Great hotel. good value for money. Rooms large and very clean. Hotel staff very helpful. Good location for the shops and sights. Fantastic view from the bedrooms and the breakfast is excellant. Road below busy but our room double glazed. Would stay again and would recommend to others. No hairdryer.

An excellent value for money hotel!Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfasts. The sea view rooms have a lovely view across the port, yet the sound of the traffic is not a problem thanks to the double glazing and patio doors. A great location, just a lovely ten minute stroll into town.

We stayed four days at Costa Azul Hotel and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the small but adequate swimming pool. The evening meal was a bargain at 9 Eu's with a good selection of food for everyones taste. Bedroom a little cold this time of year and feel central heating should have been on.

Hotel was clean. Food was very tasty, fresh and the chef cooked meat in dining room for you to see. Lots of food as it was self service. Rooms clean. Lovely view, but can be noisy from traffic, although this didn't spoil our stay.

Had a really great week-end here, would like to spend more time at this hotel. Rooms were large and airy, bathroom spotless. Only had bed and breakfast, if dinner is as good as breakfast no problems.

Have just spent 3 Days at Costa Azul based on reviews and was not dissapointed.Reception,dining room and bar are all very nicely presented,staff were pleasant and yes,the rooms weren't immaculate,but certainly not unbearable,large,clean and have all you'll need.Wonderful views,there is noise from the road below but that can't be helped,it doesn't stop you sleeping.Will definately go back one day.

Having booked this hotel purely on the reviews written on your site,we would like to say that we found the reception staff very rude and surly not at all helpful or friendly, the room was very basic and in need of some tlc and it was like trying to sleep in the middle of a motorway, the only good thing was the view which was fantastic,would not stay there again.

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The view is second to none. The location is perfect. The staff are really nice and go out of their way to be helpful. The bar is very nice & relaxed, and the food is good. Been going to this hotel every January for years, and we wouldn't want to stay any where else in Palma.

Just returned from another fantastic holiay in the Costa Azul Palma.The hotel reception/bar/dining areas have been recently refurbished and look good.Food - what can I say - it was really goodAll staff friendly including listening to the ladies who clean up after us singing happily.Great time had by all.
