We arrived in a gorgeous little anchorage just round the corner from Laredo, in the river that stretches down to Colindres. walked in to join us. We had told Cater we were doing the class thinking it
would be like the yoga we are used to in Canada, unfortunately our 6ft tall
male basketball playing friend did not think it was as relaxing as anticipated
and his eyed immediately widened as he realized what we had gotten him into.

To start off on a random note, the sunsets in Madrid are extra beautiful. I am not quite sure why that is but the color seems to be a stronger red and more importantly all the buildings are pretty low so you can see how the red slowly spreads across the sky on top of the low yet absolutely beautiful buildings of Madrid.
