WE spent an enjoyable time wandering about the cathedral. Its big, beautiful, cool inside, and has some amazing stained glass windows. There were pews to sit on and pray, and some people were praying on their knees, most people however were using this time as free sit down space in a cool shady place (it was 34 degrees outside). One lady was eating her lunch at the pews, another was breastfeeding a baby.

We all boarded a ferry. There are a few choices you can make at this stage, the ferries go in different loops, some up and down the lake, some in a big circle, some trips go for hours, some just take you past large Villa's and some people just want a ferry to take them to the other side of the lake. ... great. I was told to catch a ferry there for 20 euros return. Pfftt… I decided to walk and see a few places along the way. The walk took me about one hour and fifteen minutes but it gave me the opportunity to see the Duomo, Teatro Social, Museo del, tessuto, Tempio voltiano, monument ai caduti, villa olmo, and villa erba. The villas weren’t anything special, they were just hotels hahaha. I stayed in Cernobio for about an hour and then walked back ...

Well, it turned out a friend of a friend of a friend was willing to lend us her campervan for the length of our honeymoon. Supreme joy to our ears, romantic dream of our gipsy hearts.

And so our honey moon welcomed the Mighty Passion Wagon!

It was a 1984 Renault Trafic. It looked like a Hamburg sweet on wheels. After a ...
