... We really have the knack of the water buses now and bought a day pass which was very good value. We got off at St Marco Sq and Steve really wanted to go to the Rialto Bridge so we hopped on another water bus and off we went. There were so many people with the same idea so Steve scooted up to the bridge for a look but didn’t stay too long. We had a leisurely lunch beside the canal before going back to St Marco Sq. I did some shopping and Steve went ...

After our first day at sea, we arrive at Cephalonia (with a hard C, or a K). The port is in the town of Argostolion, we travel by tender from the ship to the port. We then board a coach for our Cephalonia Highlights Tour.
We travel along narrow, winding roads, constantly ascending (are there any other types of roads?). We see plenty of goats, not many people.

We are traveling from Malta to Argostoli, one of the Ionian Islands.
The leisurely day starts with a leisurely breakfast in the Vista Dining Room, where Jeannette carefully tried to plan the day.
The Noordam has several eating areas. The Lido is a buffet style dining area and breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten there. Dress requirements are less formal.

We spent the remainder of our time there occasionally rolling at the whims of any ferry in the neighborhood. Off and on in our "doing nothing" time we filled it with playing Phase 10. All of us constantly getting beaten by Ty.. His game abilities to win are just amazing.... A wonderful lamb dinner was hand by all, with ...

... our closest neighbor! OMG. In a black one-zie with lace-like shoulders.... OMG! O well, it truly does take all kinds. Dinner at the little restaurant was absolutely wonderful.... Including the carafe of red wine. Jacques, Kyle, Marina and I all had meatballs..... They were absolutely delicious. We had a quick water in candlelight back in the boat, before saying goodnight. It was Ty's and my return in the bunk to star gaze. Bon ...
