    ... took my temperature, and indeed I had a fever. I filled some paperwork, they gave me a face mask and some medical advice and sent me on my way. This is one of the few times I was not at all frustrated by bureaucratic stuff. I could tell they were just being really damn good at their job; I was really impressed. Coming back into China, the quarantine section was 2 guys, with a desk, with no equipment, looking at their phones.

    ... HK institution...serving the city's traditional dim sum dishes." Sounds like exactly what we were looking for! When we walked in, it looked fantastic! Very old school with intricately carved wooden booths, stained glass windows, waiters in white jackets, and pads and pencils on each table to order your dim sum. We were unimpressed by the end of our meal, though. Were we just too hot to appreciate it? Perhaps.
