Woke with bad back and tired but good red wine induced sleep. Convinced by Pam to go for walk and very glad I finally agreed. Looked like a dork in shorts skinny legs and boots but enjoyed what I saw. Walked to tower bridge and around via hall galleria to London bridge. Fortified with coffee and muffin from Starbucks.
