    ... night time parade was also amazing as was the fireworks display. It was unlike any fireworks I have ever seen lasting 25 minutes. They were over the top of the disney castle and words cannot explain what it was like. We arrived back at the Hotel around 11.30pm very tired but so happy with all we had seen and done.     ... seats in a car which travels along a track through the canyon and ends up turning into Lightning McQueen's Racing Car and then you have a race through the dessert on Route 66. Top ride and we won the race. They have a whole town set up like Radiator Springs as it is in the Cars movie.

    After a day of tidying and packing up and goodbyes in dillon followed by a day of travel, today was our first of 2 days at Disneyland. The excitement levels in the morning were extremely high!     ... really just fine bubbles that fall to look and feel like sleet). So as we joined the stampede of people leaving the park, the snow was falling and it was almost like a real white Christmas.

    Such a long day, totaling up to about 12-13 hours of rides, waiting in lines, walking around and taking in the sights. Tomorrow we're off to the Disney California Adventure Park, which is just across from Disneyland itself. It is meant to have more extreme rides so that should be fun.
