... back to Los Escullos. We passed a few old wells that used donkeys to turn the wheel to bring up the water which would then travel down small aqueducts. The coast line is beautiful with turquoise sea lapping at the base of the cliffs.
I had to do some washing this evening - whilst on the walk and having seen nobody else for hours, I was surprised by a mountain biker whilst using my she-wee. Don’t ask!

It was a long drive today, broken up with lunch and supermarket stop.
We drove through some lovely scenery. Olive groves as far as the eye could see once we hit Andalucía. After passing the snowy tops of the Sierra Nevada and drew closer to Almeria, with the scenery became more barren with strange stone formations and houses built in to the rock.
