The memorial was kept under perpetual guard by the SS and if you walked past, you must stop and give the Nazi salute in respect. We had breakfast and left the hotel by 7:30 this morning. We had a big day ahead.
We drove to Munich and stopped to pick up our city guide, Collette. We drove around the city, looking at famous sights (from the bus windows so no pics). We went to the BMW showroom and saw BMWs, Mini Coopers and Rolls Royces. There were fifteen to twenty fancy cars on display.

... re all booked in for the Army windsurfing comp in Holland at the end of July (veteran's are welcome) and don't want to miss out on Scandinavia so we'll be cracking on.
