... also the 'Salmon Homecoming' festival and as part of this there were First Nation dragon boat parades. Later in the evening the First Nation people (Indians) were dressed in elaborate costumes and danced to lots of drumming. We really liked the young kid wearing a unicorn head.

... Jeff and his wife Jonna came by. We had never met Jonna before, and they were on their way to go celebrate Jonna's 30th birthday. Debbie prepared a nice dinner for us of pulled pork. We watched "The Avengers" and got some sleep in the "Gabbard Condo" behind the house. The "Gabbard Condo" is a giant 5th wheel trailer.

It was great to see Debbie and John and after John's number of medical dramas, he appears to be on the mend.
