          ... Eastwood used to be Mayor. The Main Street is picture perfect with high end shopping and dining. The houses are amazing, not so much large, but incredibly renovated and maintained. We walked up and down both sides of the Main Street and then down to the beach front. The beach has really white sand, the result of the sea pounding away at some underwater rocks of a particular white hue.           ... Light and Shadow. They specialize in art and prints of cars and planes. The art actually looks like a photo and many of Terry Thomas' art is displayed in dealerships across the country. Terry Thomas used to be a car designer in Detroit and Toronto. They had lots of prints of Porches, Tom!

          ... Young winery. Half of the white grapes they produce go to Chateau St Michele. We are red wine drinkers and don't usually drink white. But their white wine could convert me. It was smooth and cool and had a touch of vanilla flavor to it. Quite delicious. I think they sell most of their grapes but do produce several barrels of white and red that go to their wine club members and to the public who know to come in and buy it. ...

          ... absolutely delicious. We also had a soup that Willi made. It was gazpacho (a cold soup made with fresh tomatoes, onions, cucumber, etc.) Willi's spin on it was to use smoked paprika as seasoning and oven roasted cherry tomatoes that were so sweet they make our mouths water just thinking about them.
