The clocks moved forward one hour overnight, so our sleep-in was REALLY late - to 9:30 am. We had breakfast, then alternated 2-hour stints between reading in the room, and up on deck. That was really the extent of our day - and it was perfect. It was formal night, so after dressing in our finest, we returned to the molecular bar. ... Michel Syrah. I had French onion soup, green salad, and an Indian-spiced vegetarian potato dish, followed by cherries jubilee. Matt had tuna tartare, Waldorf salad, and a veal chop, finishing with panna cotta.
