We are in Finike marina right now and this week was Geraldine's birthday (Tuesday 29th).

As a bit of celebration we hired a car on Monday and did some sightseeing going to Elmali, Arykanda (ruins) and to see the Chimera up close at night. Arycanda is one of the old Lycian cities dating back to the 2nd millennium BC. But the oldest remains from the city date from the 6th or 5th century BCE. ...

I know I don't need to say it, but we would LOVE to have people come for holidays and visit - ...

The rough plan now will be to spend the summer cruising the "Turkish Riviera" getting to learn all about sailing the boat. Though sailor's plans are said to be written in the sand at low tide, after this year, I think we'll continue heading west across the Med. So please, not only feel free to join us for a cruise in the Med, but ...

... to the village a car stops.
we find our way through the beautiful village of Adrasan and have our first happy day hiking through the nature and climbing up Mount Musa. We need to get to the village of Cirali which is on the otherside of the mountain.
It is a 20kms hike and the day is smiling to us. we are simply happy.

Cirali is a beautiful long beach bay surrounded by green hills and limestones cliffs - as we arrive on the beach we feel rewarded and ...
