Enough energy for the day

... br> 6- You are back at the villa for a break ( you need it when you follow someone on a bike).
7- You bring the bike back to the Thrift store (it was a buy and a sell thing).
8- You have lunch (because I need more energy right !).

... are now hungry(close to 6 pm.). We find the same restaurant than last year (Blossom). The patio looks as nice and as sunny (and warmer) than last year. The menu looks good too. Thirsty we are and great stuff we eat (I push my palate farther by choosing a seafood stew which is spicy like nothing I ever had). The neighbours liked the place too.
We then move on to the Battery and the parks at the south eastern end. It's windy and a bit cooler by now (7 pm). The ...

... stuff.
Then it's time to play a mean game of Rummyo (We are now all 'mean' at this game) . Good times!!
We end the day and the neighbours go back to their villa. They will be back tomorrow morning early because it's Charleston day tomorrow.
That's how you pass a rest day. That's probably what makes us happy to be there: rest in my head.

We then watch a neat guy
who speed-paints in front of us.
Back to villa, chatting with neighbours.
Finish our day on the balcony,
a calm lake, a nice sunset.
Hope you appreciate this poetic summary

It is raining..... No it's not

... pm and some of us are hungry. We get to the Dead Dog Saloon (name only in the south). The menu looks promising. We choose a seafood plate for two : Boiled clams, shrimps, crabs legs smoked sausage and red potatoes all in a big pot with sauce and butter. It is delicious. You wash that with a local beer and you are sitting on a patio facing Murrell's inlet marsh under a sunny sky: Conclusion, you just had a fabulous afternoon.
We come back through Surfside ...
