Later, took a stroll along the beach and stopped for a drink to watch re sunset, wonderful, I think the kids also enjoyed the moment. A quick club sandwich saved the day and we spent the rest of the afternoon on the beach occasionally pinching ourselves and chuckling about where we were. We'd opted for the 'busy' part of the island, ...

... Bangkok but everything was closed and locked up because of Songkran so we decided to head straight to the sun. The plan is to explore the Thai islands together for a lovely two weeks!! I'm very excited :) Off to the islands! We're on Koh Samui right now and plan on visiting a few of the most beautiful islands on both the west and east coast of Thailand. So whereas there are still a lot of mountain and country side pictures in this blog entry, get ready for some beaches the next time! ...
