Just remember that Girona is a lovely, expensive, rude, determined, delightful, plain and different place. If you can make your mind up and go after that ridiculous summary of words - good on you. ... 40 sec explanation of the basic sites on Girona we began our journey to explore and walk the city wall - not before going around in a few circles first mind you. In doing this I did find a rather random looking man with a palm tree for a head and a monkey wrapped around the tree's trunk; maybe should of said it was painted on a wall.
