          ... expired license plates or no license plates... And no one bothers to pay the parking tickets anyway......
          The other police force is protective only, protecting people from being robbed or beaten up..
          They do not investigate crimes.. Their only job is to stop crimes that are in process or/and to prevent crimes....
          Only the State Police can actually investigate crimes and make arrests...
          And the State Police do not get along with the police ...

          ... cow nearly ran into me but after some slipping and sliding got to the end of the road and waited for the girls to catch up.

          Back on the road just got going and bee hit me square between the eyes and stung me for his trouble. My wife (in sickness and in health) declined to pull out the sting in case she was stung, finally Lindsay pulled it out.
