      ... brought us caviar, shrimp and cheese. So we had the rest of Michael's champagne and some prosecco . It was quite nice. We then had dinner at hot rocks with blankets over our knees and the heating lamps blasting on our heads. It was very good.

      ... was beautiful. Because of the location of Oia, there is no caldera between the sun and the sea. The colors of they sky around, the movement, watching it fall under the sea.       ... an amazing place - as we approached it looked like a cake with icing dribbling down -these were the houses perched in the top. Santorini is what remains of a volcanic island which blew 1600BC. The harbour is in the crater as the whole side had been blown out. There is no port, so were went ashore by tender boat.
