    When someone says they are going to provide a service, I expect them to provide that service. I have been arguing with the hotel and for the last three days about two simple items that were on our reservation; a spa tub in our room (we have a shower) and an outdoor HOTtub. I emphasize HOT because there is no heater. These are both trivial when you really think about it but it is the principle of the matter that gets to me.

After our short visit yesterday to the black beach, we brought our water shoes, which were a lifesaver. Black beaches are beautiful, but we found the gravelly sand to be a little frustrating.
