... Liz needs the toilet urgently so we turn to head back to the upper piazza and hear the gent behind talking with a lady and it is obvious that the see we have gone the wrong way. Here we are in a small village in provincial Italy and the lunch we had was just spectacular! Ricotta filled ravioli in a citrus cream sauce, pork belly with a crust of pistachio. I can't remember the other two meals but just as good - the sort of food you would expect at one of Adelaide's top restaurants maybe. ...

... how Wendy described him! She was tempted to take up cycling if she could follow Fabio..... He was very pleasant and we chatted a bit. He is coming to Adelaide next year for the Tour Down Under. So we left Roger with his new best friend and the rest of us decided to visits a little village called Pescallo.
