... Walked home in the rain - perfect ending to a great holiday. .....and then the phone call from Rich's lawyer....the counter offer from That ******* company absolutely the most ridiculous thing we've ever heard - even their lawyer in Vancouver says "take it to court - we'll likely be given MORE than we've asked" because of this stoopid offer of theirs and their continued ill treatment...sigh...reality hits us in the face but it's all ...
On our own again - to Karlovy Vary!
Lazier, relaxing morning, strolled the streets of Prague, picked up goofy T-shirts for the boys, bought our last Trdelniks for the car ride to KV. Lovely ride with a wonderfully friendly hotel car driver who was surprised we knew what was in the fields - Hops!! That's why there's so much beer in Czech R - fields and fields of hops.

Day 10 - Karlovy Vary the old spa town
... many of the 12 springs throughout the little town. Each of the springs had a different taste, although I gave up tasting after the third one as I thought it tasted like dirty water. Apparently the spring waters have really good health benefits as it flushes the body. We wandered around the town a bit and learnt that no one actually lives in the main part of the town, there are only hotels and shops. Heaps of other people walking around held the special ...
