Hotel was right across the road from the main train station. Very clean and rooms were great. It wouldn't hurt the staff to smile but other than that a convenient and comfortable stay

Arrived in Hamburg from Copenhagen. We crossed with the train actually going onto the ferry. We all had to get off the train and go upstairs on the ferry for the 45 minute trip. Arrived in Hamburg and found that our hotel was literally across the road from the station. So what can I say about Hamburg ......................

Next stop Berlin

... or Danish, the train drove onto a ferry! We then had to go upstairs to the main decks while we make "the crossing". We get to hang out for about 40 minutes on a ferry while we cross some body of water that might be the Baltic. I'm unsure. I can't find a map on this ferry anywhere. It's a big ferry. 142 meters long to be exact. The whole train fits in here and is two decks below ...
