          A Beautiful Resort in Seminyak

A very enjoyable stay. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are lovely and the Resort is very comfortable with beautiful gardens, furnishings and surroundings. There is a travel bureau which offers a wonderful, friendly service, a pool bar where they play bingo at 6pm every night with 3 prizes given- usually a pizza voucher, free drink and a spa treatment. It's a fun way to meet other people. The breakfasts are wonderful with so much on offer for every taste. The resort itself is only a few minute walk to the beach with all it's wonderful beach bars. Also right in the heart of shopping, restaurant district so is perfectly located. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely resort in Seminyak.

... areas were blocked off prayers. On the way back I noticed loads of chicks which has been coloured like pink, green, purple, blue ect. It was quite sad really! I suppose will need to get use to things like that in Asia! :( We then went to a monkey sanctuary full of Meka monkeys. People walked round with you with a stick which was worrying. I was fascinated that I saw a monkey unscrew a bottle lid and drink the water out like a human! They also had huge ...

Well, the pattern hasn't changed much. I've discovered that if I finish my morning practice and head straight back to the hotel, I can catch (the complementary) breakfast before they close it down. Then move on to laundry, pool, etc. :) There was no speaker this evening, so I went to the spa...for over two ...

Off to the bed to get ready for cycle rides tomorrow. It is SUPPOSED to be downhill. Hmm

... that a road would lead us to our hotel- the notoriously difficult to find Bali Eco Village. We did a loop of the main road up and down the road that dissects Bali and, despite not being aware due to the cloud that had descended, reached the far coast. Heading back, with dubious directions from locals, we reached the side road that would lead us to our destination. The car had no idea that what it had been put through so far was the '400m' ...

... off), but there were great views and lots of monkeys around. These monkeys are the naughty monkeys. You get peanuts when you walk in so that you can feed them to keep them away from you, and you are advised to take off your hat and sunglasses prior to entering because the monkeys are known to steal them. While we were sitting watching the sun go down, a monkey jumped onto Andy's head! We think the monkey saw bug in his hair and was just trying to be helpful, but Andy claims otherwise.
