      Okay so we got here and it's fantastic! From my hotel room/ cabana I can walk out to the beach and I can see the ocean and the mountains! Right now it is 7:02 pm.       They stayed overnight in the City Lodge at Joburg airport, so an easy walk back into the terminal. Air Madagascar gave them vouchers for their food and accommodation so last night they stuffed themselves with KFC! At least they had a decent bed, shower and loo - which they are certainly not going to have for the next 2 weeks!

      Holding my breath, I had mixed feelings of claustrophobia and vertigo simultaneously. I have always had a problem with heights - yet once again I was flying skywards on the end of a cable car with fifty others wedged like sardines.
