    What a fantastic day! We saw amazing views of Cape Town, visited Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point. And for some fun, near where we had lunch, we went to Boulders Beach and saw some very cute penguins.

    ... shirts, long pants and shoes and socks. While the black prisoners were only given shirtsleeve shirt and pants, no socks and shoes even during the winter. Black prisoners were also given less food, they were not given and bread, jam or syrup.

    For example, the young kids that have HIV were all wearing "HIV POSITIVE" t-shirts that were given to them. The people that are HIV positive here don't hide it like most people do in the US.
