... sort of wind up thing sorry cannot think of the name of the instrument. There was also an accordionist and after a few wines we were all singing along!
The staff on this cruise have all been very nice indeed. The food has been excellent at some meals and so so on others but the standard on the whole has been excellent. Poor sustenance was provided by watery gruel and bread. With 6,000 or 7,000 prisoners (in a facility designed to accommodate 1,200) the camp was continuously over-populated. The event that I attended was a memorial service for the documented more than 3,000 people who died in prison ...

Mario & Katrin laid on a sumptuous breakfast for all 11 of us, including a collection of rainbow-hued eggs, the like of which I have never seen before.
