And yes there were a bloody lot of them too. 180 Gulags, holding over 1.2 million prisoners at any one time. They were all centred around industrial centres, oil, wood, coal. Meanwhile, as my frustration levels rose and rose, Treas had the bloody whip out, giving me a hard time about "hurrying-up, we haven't got all day......" Finally, I got a hint from the camp website I was reading who said to make sure our GPS had Czech maps... a "Bingo" moment, when ...

... brought my Student ID (Even though I am not a student anymore, or as I like to call it, a non-student still in denial) and got my ticket for only $6 which was totally worth even the full price. I spent a solid two hours in there, and got to see some amazing czech artists work. After, I left and had lunch and a few more beers, skyped my mom to come clean about my sketchy travels the day before, and then made my way down to the bridge for a bit to an out around all the young locals.
