... all of 3 hours and a bulk of the money I had was spent.

The night wasn't all bad because we finally got a full night's sleep. This morning I woke up bright and early and even got a chance to go swimming. Considering that no one was there at 7:30am, I was free to jump and dance and attempt back flips as much as I wanted. Call me crazy, but I can't think of a better way to start our week in Sao Paolo. ...

We arrived in São Paulo about 2:30 am but didn't get to sleep until 5:00am so getting ourselves up and out to 'FIFA Fan fest' the heart of São Paulo ready for kickoff at 1 pm was a challenge, but we made it-just! It was a beautiful day and there was a reasonable crowd gathered to see what turned out to be one of the most entertaining matches so far. After leaving the museum and not ready to face our party hostel we headed to a shopping centre where we spent a good few hours chilling. We did start playing cards but were stopped by 5 big security guards. Apparently they wasn't a fan of Rummy or Snap.

We then grabbed our bags from the hostel and got an overnight bus to Belo for the last game.

... American dollars we headed to the bus station with Rudy's mother as our taxi driver. We were a little skeptical about our bus at first and couldn't find the office as we were leaving from a different terminal to the one we arrived at. We needn't have worried and our bus left almost on time and virtually empty. Bring on Iguaçu falls. P.S. Most of the photos on this post were not taken by us as we managed to head out with our camera, with no memory card, very ...

... we are being housed in a newly completed room. The four star hotel caters mostly to business clientele due to its location in the financial district.

We had Tuesday all to ourselves to explore the city. We started at the Museo de Futbol (Soccer Museum). It was very well done and interactive, but only solidified the fact that I have zero interest in soccer. There is so much passion about the game here in ...
