La Casa del Agua, on the 5th avenue and close to the ADO station, second time in this place, delicious food on the expensive side but worth it, it is an open space so it is a little hot in the summer but I read there is a great terrace in the back where you can see the sea if you come at lunch time. I rate this place with a 9! http://www.lacasadelagua.com/?lang=es

The clouds and scattered showers had set in for the day which was kind of dissapointing but on the plus side it did make it nice and cool for all the walking. (Sorry I cant post a lot of pictures as upload time is slow) After we toured to ruins and walked on ...

... needing a rental car to drive the coast we decided to book the car earlier making it easier to get to and from the hotel zone for our two night stay in Cancun. Finding the rental car place was a bit of a nightmare as no one speaks much English here and the maps we were given are all of the hotel zone. We set out on foot in around 34 degree heat with the directions we were given 2 blocks down that direction make a right you will see the sign. No worries mate but 2 ...

As mentioned yesterday, we (Jack and myself) booked a fishing trip for today. It was dry, but it was a bit windy and the sea was quite choppy. This didn't stop the skipper from going out, although no-one else seemed keen enough as all other boats stayed on the beach.

Just in case we'd taken travel sickness pills and we were glad we did. In no time we were drenched, the sun had disappeared, the wind picked up ...
