      We left Montpellier and decided to stop at Bezier before heading into Spain. We were hoping that we would be able to visit a few markets. We found Les Halles market- (Paul and Ro may remember this), but were a little disappointed as not all the stalls were open. We may have been a little early.       ... AVE high speed train. It goes 300 km an hour and get you there in 90 minutes. It was so fun that we did an AVE-inspired day trip to Cordoba. That was three AVE hours -- but it was a lovely way to see a place we might have otherwise missed. This was the process that started the Romanisation of the Iberian Peninsula and the Roman city was built next to the Greek city.
