I'm sitting in the Charlotte airport on my 8 hour layover, drinking a cold beer and reflecting on the last 10 years. This trip is far and beyond anything I've ever done before, and it is really exciting. Especially since I still don't have half of it planned yet!

There were close to 900 delegates representing chapters from every state in the union except Delaware and Louisiana at this 6th International Conference. (A Louisiana chapter may be imminent.) Most of the day we hung around camp while our rigs were waxed. Late in the afternoon we headed to MIllbridge Speedway in Salisbury, NC. to watch the Mini Outlaws race. They are open winged sprint go karts. The track was out in the country and we were some of the many hundreds of red neck spectators. I REALLY mean RED NECK. ...
