Last day on the road
... meal has been the fried zucchini flowers and incredibly delicious Italian tomatoes. While that meal was wonderful i had heartburn like never before and have since been saying no to some options and sadly, leaving some portions unfinished. Lunch in Assisi was 3 courses plus cheeses and dessert. I managed my intake well but still continued to feel worn out by the immense caloric intake.
