Love this Boutique Hotel. We arrived around 6:30 pm - beautiful rooms, lovely supper, awoken to birds and a rooster.

I was a bit more panicked on these horses as they weren't as well trained as our place in monteverde and seemed slightly more distressed! It was still enjoyable though! The horses took us to the very base where there was a river! The water was soo clear and ...

This is the 7th or last day of our project - it's been quite a fun, eventful and interesting few days! We've spent every morning and afternoon cleaning and picking up rubbish and wood from the beach, learnt heaps about turtles and their breeding cycles (even saw a struggling mother dig a hole and lay all her eggs!!) and have enjoyed the ...

I hear that the place will basically shut down on Sunday when the locals leave to get back to work so hopefully the ...

car afterwards we could hear the continuous buzz of crop spraying aircraft
spraying the millions of hectares of bananas, by far and away the biggest
          agricultural business in the region.

Then it was the short hop to the border with Costa Rica at
Sixaola where the river of the same name marks the actual border between the
two countries. Formalities were quick and easy – just one and a half hours ...

When we walked to the 'buffet’ place we noticed that a lot of the restaurants were empty, so we went to them to ask if they had some openings and were told they were all full. After talking with a manager onsite he said he would see what he could do about a restaurant. After a few minutes he came over and told us there was a space open at the Italian location. We went over there at our designated time. Once again we ...
