    ... looked embarrassed, apologized and he took our order. When it came, there was one totally wrong order and they served other orders to the wrong people. The food itself was OK, but not exceptional. I hope this is the exception because it was a late port day and everyone hit the restaurants at once. If not, there may be many meals at the buffet which is wonderful.

    ... was built by the Swedish king (Jan, Swen, or something like...) with the assistance of the Dutch, and as such it has a very Amsterdam-like feeling to it. Our favorite part of the tour was passing beneath the lowest bridge, which was the final gateway before entering the harbor. It necessitated that everyone, literally, get out of their seats, onto the their knees, and lower their head as we only had a few inches of clearance. I'll attach the video ...

    ... church, if that is the correct way to phrase it. The trees surrounding it were more special to see though, as you can probably see on the pictures. They were shaped in ways I don't think I've seen before. I liked them though.

    ... was too fickle and we employed the engine, weaving our way between the islands and islets back to the main shipping channels at the entrance to Gothenburg and across, to arrive safely by 13:15.

    After lunch, we set off on the 'free’ trams for 3 stops, to alight at the local supermarket and next door, a Sea&Sea chandlery where I was able to buy a pump for under £100.
