Today is....(consults iPhone) ... Saturday 9th August, and we are officially on our way for the discovery part of our trip, having left Oslo this morning and are now in Sweden.
We've had an amazing time in Norway and it has been party after party, thanks to all these crazy Norwegians.

Friday was amusement park day... Gav and Zoe spent the ...

One pony would be moved and then the next would be standing near the gate waiting it's turn while the others played and ran. This went on until all ponies had moved. What stood out most was their reddish coloring, it made me think whether these ponies where the inspiration for the Dalecarlian horses. I didn't look it up though, ...

    Bikes and best days!

... end of the day to give ourselves another hour of biking... And we made it back to the ferry just as the thunderstorms were starting. It was the coolest day... Not only because we were truly the only non Swedes on the island from what we could tell (no hordes of tour busses anywhere!) and not only because it was a beautiful island and a trip that took us off the beaten path... But it was a trip where we had to rely on each other. We had to wait for ...
