Veldig god mat til å være all inklusive. Rett ved stranda og byen. Romrengjøringen var ikke super. Fint badebasseng. To mat/vin butikker. Hyggelig personale. Drar gjerne tilbake hit

Properties near the ocean vary from the larger hotels in towns to whole developments of apartment blocks often isolated on the coast and in various states of construction; clearly the recent poor economic situation has, or is, taking its ...

... creatures and seeing them in the wild is a completely different experience from seeing them at Sea World. Not that I'm knocking Sea World, I am just saying. So I have tons of video that I am going to put up here and you can see the whales and dolphins too. I will warn you that you have to wade through a bit of nothing at the beginning to find it. Just fast forward a bit and you will find them. I got so really good shots of the mother and baby ...

Last lie in of the holiday so we made sure it was a good one! Then a long shower to make the most of the facilities before packing up and tidying around the apartment. I wanted to see the sea one last time so we went for a stroll along the beach where we stopped for brunch (a great idea get breakfasty food mixed with lunchtime food and its served all morning long!). I had ...

Didn't do all that much today so only a short post. Went for a walk in the morning and brought pastries for breakfast ... we had a huge pain au raison and a chocolate croissant! We then just sat on the beach, watching the waves and the surfers. It was so calming and relaxing. The sun was warming but there was a gentle breeze. We talked about how nice ...

Day trip to Loro Park today!! After a breakfast of croissants, we decided to walk there as it was only a mile away along the beach. The yellow train which ferries tourists from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz to Loro Park overtook us, and although a little envious of not being aboard a bright yellow train, I was happy now that we were walking the right way! We arrived early, but weren't queuing for it to open (we're not THAT touristy - though we did collect a park ...
