Op de eerste dag werd het een en andere papierwerk uitgezocht en kreeg ik een uniform inclusief pantelon, hemden, stropdas en glimmende leren schoenen. Ook kreeg ik een bed in een van de personeelskamers en kon ik in het hotel eten. Meestal worden de slaapkamers met 3 tot 4 andere mensen gedeeld. Maar ik denk dat ik geluk had.
