    ... and traditional than Seaside. The Red Bar is busy, noisy, and looks a bit of a dive, but the queue outside despite a 90minute wait to be seated hinted at the quality inside. We were not to be disappointed. My dish of blackened grouper fish (chunky fillet grilled with Cajun spices) was by far the best seafood dish I've ever eaten, and up there with some of the best food I've eaten, period.
