We arrived at our hotel just South of the Port town of Ancona in an area known as Portonuovo which has a commanding view of the sea from a bluff. Very quite except.....for the wind. All in all a very enjoyable day.

... this is what the driver thought I meant, so I stormed down the stairs muttering under my breath. When Lyndon joined me I said 'did you see what that rude man did to my bag?’ Once Lyndon had pointed out the miscommunication I was pretty mortified to think that he would think that I would think that he should move my bag. Did I overthink it?

Anyway I was a bit embarrassed so when it was time to get off the boat ...

... upon a womderful little french themed italian restaurant where we were warmly greeted and had a great meal. The spagetti primi platti I had was divine and was simply egg spagetti, butter, pepper and flakes of parmesan. Something I have learnt on this trip is that the Italians do not drench their pasta with sauce, the sauce is actually quite sparse.

We both loved our Milan ...
