    ... While the crowds had been big yesterday for Anneke's Elite Women's race, they were massive today. Walking down to the lake edge, I spotted Mario Mola heading for the holding pen, and said to Graeme "I bet Javi will be there shortly." Sure enough, we spotted him with Javi #3, about to join the other athletes. We quickly unfurled our sign and gave him a shout and he came over and gave us a hug each - we wished him good luck, with Graeme adding a few more choice words ...

    ... for a good time and want us to be happy. Tyler is a gorgeous soul to, he's very kind hearted and warm and only wants the best for everyone. One Sunday we spent the day horse riding at Papa Joes (Kerrie's dad) he had all 10 horses saddled up read to ride. It was a beautiful day for a ride with everyone. We got home and drank the night away! God I love these guys!! Tyler, Jon and Brad took us fishing out to Ross lake to catch some Jack fish. A beautiful sunny day ...

    ... a wonderful meal. Emily and I then headed back to the mall to meet Joey, Liselotte and Brieanna to go to the cinema for 22 Jump Street, the sequel to the hilarious and successful 21 Jump Street. On Wednesday, the two of us drove to Banff National Park. This is a 4-hour drive from Edmonton so we got up pretty early.
