Already before beginning the this trip to Japan there is a problem: the allowed carry-on weight at Lufthansa.de is 8 kg.
Unfortunately my photo-gear weighs more than 8 kg. Yes, I know; I have too much photo-gear ... but taking pictures is a big part of this trip to Japan.
