... with attendants dressed in period costume. The visit was like stepping into a time machine, and really solidified our connection of the Dodge City of today with its colorful past.

... Six months ago, I never knew this God's time it finally happened! Also loved sharing stories of visits to these towns when I was a young girl. Especially the uncle I was scared to death of who always said he would flush me down the toilet if I didn't behave!! Will have to show Gavin a picture of him when we return home! ... dinosaur bones. They were million + years old. It is so hard to fathom that dinosaurs are really real and walked, stood, ate and died right where we were standing. We were even able to touch a few. Mind blowing.
