The next day we had decided to take a drive over to the west coast and head down to the Monterey Peninsula.

What a great drive along the Pacific Coast this is, we took the inland Interstate to get to Monterey and travelled back via Highway 1. This follows the coast ...

Stopped at Mr. M for lunch in Half Moon Bay and spent a little time there blogging. We had passed the turnoff to Point Montara Lighthouse so we had a good idea where to turn.
