    This week life and faith, past and present, merged beautifully at the baptism of Inga Linnea Speiser. Inga is the daughter of our friends Pete and Anna Speiser (who are both ELCA pastors), who live in Nebraska. Pete and I have been friends for over a decade and as we both married wonderful gals, it feels like we've all known each other for a very long time.

    ... saw beautiful mountains and ridges, the river, and plants and animals. Most of the walls of the canyon are sheer walls rising out of the canyon.
