      ... Utah. It’s a pretty town, really wide streets, busy, clean, lots of restaurants and motels, lots of traffic. It has a historical area which we walked 7 blocks to and back in 87F heat – that is still now at 9:20 pm! A couple of restaurants we walked past had misters shooting down onto their outdoor seating. Guess it gets hot here a lot – much lower elevation than we’ve been in, at about 3,000 feet. So, ...

      ... heater still on full blast, I paused in Hurricane at yet another McDonald's, not so much for the wifi this time, but for the free refills on a large Powerade. ( I had 3).

      ... with fried potatoes were terrific. Slept in the casita of their new home. There is still a bit of snow/ice left in the front yard, from the record snow in December. Gets to freezing here at night, but 60's in the daytime. They took us for a ride around Entrada - the back nine goes through the lava fields, where they are building some incredible homes.
