    ... the patient journey through from start to finish. A lot of the work seems to be insurance related. There are literally hundreds of insurance providers and each one covers different things in their policies. Some providers do not cover enteral feed and the patient has to pay for it themselves out of pocket. The dietetic assistant spends a lot of her time collecting evidence from inpatient health providers to justify the patients need for feed to qualify ...

    ... broad daylight. No cops, no security
    personnel.... nobody cares. However, the
    Palace of the Governors plaza (built by the Spaniards in 1610) was a neat place
    to visit.

    Albuquerque is a much nicer city, especially the drive along
    the Rio Grand River where huge stands of multi colored trees abound. The whole city is clean and modern
    looking. The TV series "Breaking
    Bad" was filmed here - a mug shot of Heisenberg (the cook) ...

    ... in and out... so I can eat my still-hot food.

    The automatic faucet won't work. So, I move to another faucet. That one doesn't work either. I go to a 3rd and it doesn't work. I get aggravated.

    I turn to the little old lady (who bore this crazy resemblance to my Grandma L.) standing next to me, who (incidentally) got the same faucet to work without a problem - "Can you see me? Am I invincible? What the heck?" ...
