    ... any toll incurred and not paid would incur a $20 admin charge, the cost of the toll, plus taxes PER TOLL!! If we chose to pay the toll cover for a further $7 per day all would be good. OK you say, just pay the tolls if and when you may incur them, not so easy, lots are electronic with no barriers. So it is important to avoid the problem at all costs.     We awakened this morning to 44 degrees, 20 mph northeast wind, and an anchor that was buried in the hard sand bottom of Banks Chanel, After considerable effort and super numb hands, Maggie and I got the anchor up and aboard as we headed down Masonboro Sound and the short cut thru Shinn Creek to the ICW. Now we were headed dead downwind and that lessened the effect of the bone chilling wind.
