We got a great table at BB King's nightclub and sat outside watching all the comings and goings. As it was a Wednesday night, it was Bike Night so bikers arrived all through the night. Each bar had live music and it was a hive of activity. We headed to the hotel and the other three partied long and hard.
We have a tour booked for tomorrow throughout Memphis and a bike free day.
... We then walk to the Peabody Hotel to see the Peabody ducks. Google it - it's brilliant. The 3 ducks march with the Duck Master twice a day from their home in the fountain across the lobby to the elevator and onto the roof for the night. It involved a red carpet and suddenly an empty town is full of eager duck-watchers, including myself. FYI ducks move fast people take longer to assemble than ducks do to waddle. We head back to the hotel to watch a film ...

That was the only 'bright’ part of the morning as we travelled through more heavy rain showers as we headed along the road into Memphis. But luck was with us again as the sun broke for the afternoon as we pulled up at Elvis’s RV park – well it was the Graceland RV Park which is part of the whole Graceland estate, ...
... to find a park to go to Beale Street and listen to whatever live music there was, but there was a ball game and a concert on so it was impossible to find a park so we went back to the room. (And Beale Street was completely blocked off)
We found out there is a huge music festival going on with ZZ Top and lots of other big groups playing. Its a shame we didn't know it was on before we got here. ...
