    ... in. It took a bit, but we were able to get it wound back in and locked down. Tomorrow we will inspect the roof to see if the awning is intact.

    Even though we won't be home until next week, the vacation is officially over. I will be writing one more blog which will include all the vital statistics for the last three months, but don't know if I will be blogging about anything else. Guess it just depends on if anything interesting ...

    ... stopped at an Amish store here in OK. Bob thought it was close to here, but I think it is closer to the border in the north-east. Anyway, today we drove to Atoka in search of this particular store. We didn't find it, so we turned around and came back toward Durant. We were in search of a historic fort (Fort Washita) but I couldn't find any directions. We saw a sign for Caddo, "an antique town on the buffalo trail" so we decided to stop. Not much ...

    ... they arrived, they went out to grab dinner and we went along for the fellowship. Unfortunately the restaurant they picked was having electrical problems and by the time we were finished and ready to leave, we had to go outside to cool off (considering it was probably 90 outside you can imagine the inside temp).

    Bob is still having problems with the DISH. He called them and it worked for a while, but now after we returned from dinner, it wasn't working properly, ...

    Woke up to pounding rain. There is a hurricane going over us. We had planned to leave today. Rain and wind are so heavy we decided to stay another day.
