    ... Instead, Sarah had a carriage drive directly into a room in the
    house she didn't have to get out and walk in. She was only 4 foot 10
    inches so she had small height doors in lots of places and she also
    suffered from arthritis from her twenty's so she also had stairs made
    only 1-2 inches high in order to be able to climb them. This meant
    she had odd stairways. E.g.... one stair way has 7 turns and 44 steps
    in order to climb 9 feet to the next floor.
