    ... long walk from 4 to 3 only to find it was bugger all distance at all.
    Up the elevator to check in to Virgin then back to the international terminal to go through the rigormarole of customs and immigration. First time we had to take off our shoes probably because terrorists would only be leaving US not entering I suppose.

    ... we parked up we had a few hours to explore Hollywood. Our first stop was to find the Hollywood sign, which we did (even if it was at a distance). We then walked along the Walk of Fame, looking at all of the stars we recognised. Robin Williams' star was covered in candles and flowers. We went to find the footprints and handprints outside the Chinese Theatre however it was blocked off and covered up ready for the movie premier for Sin City 2. ...

    We hit the local beach today; despite being warned Sunday would be busy at the beach, it was not! The house has boogie boards to borrow and with the pacific rollers coming in one after another, it has to be done. Wall to wall sunshine and some very pink skin at the end of the day.....

    ... to Casa Murray to relax and enjoy a few vinos. We walked to Abbot Kinney Blvd. Zoe had an eye examination and was getting new glasses.
