A fun afternoon deserves ice cream, at least that’s our motto. So we were off to find our Ice Cream Theme for the day: Homemade Monday. We stopped at Sav’s Chill in downtown Lexington and got our second fun surprise. We were waited on by Sav himself. The facility is top notch with sponsors the like of Rolex (we had never seen Rolex sponsor anything before-guess we don't run in the same circles). A highlight was the presentation at the Hall of Champions. Only ...

    There
are only 3 major farms with white fences, the rest have black. Some
farms are very fancy and some very modest. The most modest one we went
to was Magdalena Farm where the 2 fastest horses are trained. We got to
walk by their stalls and pet them! Flashy American $5 million and
    Rosalind $3 million, I believe. So ...
