    Menu Item: Big Bad Breakfast Skillet with a Buttermilk Pecan Pancake on the side

    Notes: I had them leave the Big Bad Bacon out of the skillet and put it on the side so I could taste it by itself. The skillet has ham, sausage, onions, hash, & 3 scrambled eggs all tossed together and topped with cheese.

    ... seats in coach and enjoyed the scenery of the countryside from Birmingham through Mississippi until the sun went down. We arrived in New Orleans around 7:20 pm.

    Note: the train has passenger/sleeper cars if you prefer privacy. They are a bit more expensive and small, but may be worth it, depending on the distance traveled or personal preference. The trains also have dining cars if you don't want to pack your own cooler.

    ... good. The meat was tender and juicy. The fried okra was normal fried okra- nothing special. Pan fried is still way better. The mac & cheese was good but nothing special. The sweet tea was excellent.
